Summer adventures

The Lenzerheide holiday region has something for any visitor, whether they happen to be a biker or hiker, are interested in culture or want to play golf.
More than 170 km of signposted hiking trails and various well-marked tours offer nature lovers the full spectrum of alpine experience. The hiking trails through the forests and meadows are also perfect for Nordic walking and trail jogging.
Visitors can choose from 50 km of specially marked simple walking trails. Golfers will find plenty of variety and challenges on the two 18-hole courses in Lenzerheide and Alvaneu Bad.
And those who prefer a bit more speed and adventure can zoom down the 3.1 km toboggan run near Churwalden or monkey their way through the Pradaschier rope park. The crystal-clear waters of the Heidsee or an ice-cold mountain stream are perfect ways to cool off and refresh.
