The apartments are located in Parpan, a charming district of Churwalden in the Lenzerheide region. In winter, two ski lifts that lead directly to the ski area are within easy walking distance. Cross-country skiing enthusiasts can access the extensive network of trails right behind the house. In summer, hiking trails start directly from the house and invite you to explore the picturesque mountains. The location is also perfect for bikers: Many trails in the famous Bike Kingdom are accessible from the house or end directly in Parpan. This central location makes the apartments the perfect starting point for activities in every season.

The closest ski lift is the Proschieri ski lift — just 500 m away, a maximum of 7 minutes on foot. The Heimberg ski lift is approximately 850 m or an 11-minute walk away.
The downhill runs end at the Proschieri and Heimberg lifts. From there, you can walk back to Turrabuel in just a few minutes.
Yes, we have a lockable ski room with ski boot warmers (used as a bike cellar in summer) and an additional, separate ski cellar. Both rooms are only accessible with a keycard.

Our largest “Deluxe Family” category can accommodate up to 7 people.
Prices start at 190 CHF per night. They may vary depending on season, apartment category and occupancy.
The tax is an obligatory tourist tax from the municipality of Churwalden. It is charged per night and guest and amounts to 4.50 CHF. It is not included in the accommodation rate. Children up to 16 years of age are exempt from the guest tax.
Yes, the following rule applies: Cancellation up to 56 days before arrival: free of charge. Cancellation less than 56 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount.
Yes, we have one apartment per category that is suitable for dogs. Please specify when booking.
Yes, absolutely! The family deluxe apartments have a separate children's room with cozy bunk beds. On request, we can provide a cot, high chair and fall protection free of charge.
Yes, our apartments are perfect for that! The Parpan Ski School with its own practice slope, magic carpet and bistro is just 600 metres away. There are spacious parking spaces on site, should the footpath be too far.
Our apartments are extensively equipped: fully equipped kitchen including a Nespresso machine and capsules, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, bed linen and towels. All you have to do is bring your personal belongings and groceries.

By car: From Basel and Zurich, take the A3/A13 to Chur-Süd, then take the exit to Lenzerheide (exit no. 17) and after just 20 minutes you are in Turrabuel. By train: You travel to Chur by train. In Chur, switch directly to the buses from Postauto Graubünden and get to Parpan, stop Post, within 30 minutes.
In winter: cross-country skiing trails right behind the house, snowshoeing, tobogganing, ice skating. In summer: Heidsee (sailing, SUP, surfing), golf courses, tennis and numerous other outdoor activities.

Yes, in principle, our apartments are barrier-free and accessible by lift. In the maisonette category apartments, the bedrooms in the attic are only accessible via stairs and are therefore unsuitable for wheelchair users. Please specify any special requirements when booking.
Yes, the Bärglädeli (café and store), Wisler's farm shop with regional specialities and the Brügger dried meat factory — one of the oldest (and best) Bündnerfleisch dryers are located in the immediate vicinity of Turrabuel. The nearest larger supermarkets are in Churwalden or Valbella (each 5 minutes by car). There are a variety of great restaurants in the region — our recommendations can be found in our infos.
