due to the current developments we would like to inform you about the situation in Turrabuel.

• The Turrabuel remains open for you. The destination Arosa Lenzerheide also offers a wide range of possibilities for your holidays off the pistes. You can find further information here.
• From now on the surfaces in our apartments will be disinfected during the final cleaning. In addition, we will place hand disinfectant dispensers in the garage and in the entrance area so that you can disinfect your hands before entering the house.
• In principle, we ask you to take personal responsibility and to follow the public instructions and regulations.
• Do you still want to cancel? In the event of travel restrictions, border closures, quarantine requirements, facility closures (mountain railways) or similar in connection with a pandemic (such as Covid-19), the rent you have paid cannot be refunded. In these cases, however, we will offer you as a gesture of goodwill to postpone your booking to another period in the low season; the low season is understood to be the months of May and June, as well as from mid-August to mid-December.
